Job Description


● Analyzes how the Brand is positioned in the market
● Takes brand ownership and provide the vision, the mission, the goals and the strategies
● Delivers strategies that help ensure the growth of brand equity
● Works closely with in-house creative studio on creative development and create motivating stimulus to all the stakeholders of the brands
● Coaches and directs team as well the various stakeholders (Operations, Technical, IT, HR, Marketing) and get the best from everyone
● Monitors market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identifies opportunities and key issues
● Ensures the consistency and coherence of the Brand Vision and Strategy, Product and Services
● Brainstorms new and innovative growth strategies
● Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
● Manages Assistant Brand Manager
